| One of our main objectives when designing computer based training is to simulate a student's work environment. We try to re-create the student's work environment for example an office, a garage or a warehouse. We look at the tasks that the student needs to learn and re-create these tasks. |
Each course offers students frequent opportunities to interact with the training through hands on exercises and simulations.
The objective of these interactions is to give the user an opportunity to practice performing tasks just as they would in their work environment.By interacting with the training, they learn and make mistakes. This results in a better understanding of underlying concepts and how to perform their job.
| The end result might be a series of simulations where the student has to successfully help a number of customers. |

All our training programs use very high quality sound, graphics and animations. This helps the student to better understand the subject matter and helps them visualize how things fit together and work.

| Users can practice on tasks that would either be too dangerous or costly to perform in real lifeIn lower risk situations a student can make mistakes in private without any loss of face |
Training is available anytime and anywhere there is a computer. There is no need to attend a class or have an expert instructor to teach a course. |
Because training is not dependent on the availability of instructors, a large number of users can be trained quickly. |
Because training is self-paced, a user can take as long as they like to complete a lesson. This insures that they have learned the subject before they move on to another lesson. |
The training can be accessed as many times as required for example as refresher training or simply as a point of reference. |
Competency-based testing can be built directly into the training, which ensures that students have learned the subject.
As a user goes through the training, all user performance parameters are automatically recorded into a Student Management Database. These include:
· Time spent in the courses and the training programme
· Lessons and Courses Completed
· Grades on tests and exercises.
· Many other student performance statistics
This allows managers to clearly see that users have received the knowledge required. |
Because the training has been designed to interact with and stimulate a user, this increases the user’s retention of the material, resulting in reduced time required for training. |
| Reports can be automatically generated as to who completed the training and what their performance was. |
